ATTC ACCOUNTING SECTION DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
- Preparing cash or check payment voucher with other supporting documents.
- Pay any authorized documents.
- Prepare taxes, payroll and allowances properly.
- ensure that taxes are paid properly
- Control cash balance & bank balance.
- Monitoring spending & budgets.
- Keeping financial records update.
- Scanning each documents on time.
- Upload scan document on ABACUS system for the sec of document preservation.
- Received authorized income from students or suppliers.
