Founded in 1992 by late Karl Heinz Boem, the Menschen fuer Menschen(MfM) foundation Agro Technical and Technology College (ATTC) is a special higher education institution running Agriculture and Technology degree programs. ATTC is special in that it balances theoretical and practical education. This makes our graduates ready for industry jobs without needing further on-job training. This increases the employability of our graduates and saves the employers from on-job training expenses and inappropriate transition time. Moreover, the complete component design to product development approach supplemented by business incubation training makes our graduates ready to create their own jobs immediately after graduation, if they need to go in the self-employment direction.

In addition to the academic activities, the college solves the community/Industry problems through conducting value chain based applied research, community engagement, and technology transfer in collaboration with government offices and non-government organizations.

The college is always open for collaboration with stakeholders to make our education a community/Industry problem solving tool.
