3. Level IV COC Holders

The Ministry of Innovation and Technology in collaboration with Haramaya University conducted a stakeholder sensitization workshop on the Digital Ethiopia 2030 Strategy, the National Science, Technology and Innovation Policy (NSTIP), and the Ethiopian Startup Proclamation No. 1396/2025.
The workshop brought together universities, industries, TVET institutions, and government stakeholders from eastern Ethiopia to strengthen collaboration in science, technology, and innovation and to support the implementation of the national digital transformation roadmap.
The ATTC College participating team attended the training and gained valuable insights on digital transformation strategies, technology innovation policies, startup development, and strengthening collaboration between academia, industry, and government to support Ethiopiaβs digital future.

Harar β ATTC College warmly welcomes its newest class of students to Harar. An orientation program was held this morning, November 21st.
The event featured academic advising, and opportunities to meet department and staff. New students gained valuable insights into college life and made lasting connections.
The Menschen fuer Menschen Foundation Agro Technical and Technology College graduated its students who had passed the 2023/24 academic year national higher education exit examination with overall success rate of 95%, with two of its departments with 100% success rate. This is a highly remarkable achievement for the foundation and the college where the education focusses more on practical aspect. The result is an indication of the high calibre of our students in both theoretical and practical education.
ATTC held a very colorful, eventful, memorable graduation ceremony. A total of 54 students completed their study in an undergraduate degree program with the fields of Agro-ecology fields of study. Congratulations to all graduate Student’s and The Communities of ATTC.
